SAS Residence & Hotel Dhahran

We booked 3 rooms, but they gave us a free upgrade of 4 rooms with breakfast. They gave us an early check in of 7am. Staff very friendly; if you call reception for something, they bring it immediately. Manager Ahmed helped us a lot, rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was good. I thank all the staff, Abdulaziz, Mohammed, Ala, Ibrahim, and the cleaning staff. Really was worth the money.

Kids liked the private swimming pool. (required pre-reservation though., booking for 1-hr/day ). Gym was great. Breakfast was included in my booking and great. There was subway just next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall stay was exceptional.

I really liked the staff, especially Ms. Arwa at the reception she just halwayss a brilliant, gentle & nice personality, she is always there to help you with any issue you face.
